What’s Up Ntensefit Crew?! January was a Hard Month full of Ice and Soreness. We’re off to an Awesome Start. February has been pronounced a heavy weight Month by Lynn and Marge, so we’re going to Run with it. Also, there will Be a lot more Boxing incorporated into your workouts. I’ve heard nothing but good things about the workouts, so I’m scaling them up into an Online and Offline Class.
Intermittent Fasting is the Way of Eating we’ve fallen back into at my house. Looking it up today, I’ve found a lot more info I’ll be sharing with you in the coming Month. We’re Going from Dinner until Noon and Sometimes later. I’ll be posting videos about it an Boxing combos and footwork at Ntensefit on YouTube.
The First Ntensefit Boxing Seminar will Be held on the 24th of February at Hero’s Fitness. It’ll cover the basics of Stance, Position, Footwork 1-6 and Combinations. Epic Shadowboxing and Pad work drills will be Unleashed. When Everything is in Stone I’ll send everyone the Invite. Looking to Put On a Self Defense Seminar In March. Please let me know if you’d be Interested. Really want everyone to be able to defend Themselves.
