Join your friends at Ntense Fitness! This May we are inviting all of our current members to have some fun with their friends – the Ntense Way! Friends are free this may so don’t be shy to invite anyone you know that could use a challenge and wants to improve their physical and mental health. Excersizing with friends is a great way to keep motivated when trying to achieve any of your goals. You can collaborate with each other to set and achieve your personal and health goals. Excersizing with your friends, family, partner or collegues is a great way to improve the dynamic of your relationships and to expand your knowledge of each other into new realms.
We strive to help ourselves and to help the ones we love. We know that our health is the most important aspect of our lives because when we do not have our health, we have nothing that is limited by the lack thereof, hence our health is directly correlated to our relationships and even our material possessions. This is our motivation to bring our friends and loved ones to become healthy with us. We value each other at Ntense Fitness and Boxing and that is why we have decided to encourage each other to bring our friends for free in May.
