GROUP EXERCISE

Classes will include Crossfit, Yoga, Powerlifting, body balance and flexibility, Core development, cardio exploration and Stillness.
We will run, jump, lift, press, pull, roll, flip and stand still on a session by session basis; changing along the way to produce the ultimate balanced body capable of effortless effective movement in all planes with Awareness.

Group exercise is about You the individual. The understanding that you are an individual in a group is paramount to making life, the workout and everyday existence simple and fun. Each person has their own situation, body type, injuries, surgeries, aches and pains, scar tissue, range of movement  etc; which is taken into account during each workout.
